Given the fact that they will be playing in their first playoff game since the 2011 season, the New York Giants had plenty of reasons to celebrate after their recent win over the Washington Redskins. But judging from the way a handful Giants’ players chose to celebrate their victory, some people might have thought they already won the Super Bowl.
Following their game against the Redskins, New York flew back to the team’s facilities and a majority of the Giants’ players headed back home to be with their families to rest up for the playoffs. But a few other players on the roster had a different plan for the night and hopped on a plane to Miami, Florida.
So OBJ, Sterling Shepard, Victor Cruz, and Roger Lewis flew to Miami last night, went clubbing, and are on a boat. Living life. #Giants pic.twitter.com/SE6QqfuYfT

Among the people that made the trip down south were New York wide receivers Odell Beckham Jr., Sterling Shepard, and Victor Cruz.
Once they landed, the Giants’ pass catchers were seen enjoying the night at Liv night club in Miami Beach. Joining them in their night of celebration included Justin Bieber, Lil Wayne, and Trey Songz among others.
Oh and some kid named Johnny Manziel was in attendance as well.
Normally, most NFL players wait until after the season to go and party their brains out. But these guys saw no problem in celebrating their accomplishments so far this year.

Will it come back to haunt them?
New York has a big matchup in Green Bay this weekend with the Packers and a loss could result in some people questioning if their performance was impacted by their recent Miami clubbing excursion. Knowing how ferocious the New York media can be, easy money could be won by betting on this trip being a topic of conversation if the Giants are sent home by the Packers next weekend.
