With two pieces of World Cup silverware in the their trophy cabinet, and twice runners-up, the Wallabies have certainly been blessed with a fine crop of rugby union talent down the years.
However, following an indifferent period under Michael Cheika, which has seen the Wallabies have an outstanding World Cup campaign in 2015, yet get whitewashed by England on home soil; it’s safe to say, that the current Australia side is not a vintage one.
Still, the Wallabies have some players who over the years could get into any XV, and the all-time Australia team is something very special…

LaVine robbed Aaron Gordon in the Dunk Contest last year, but that doesn't change the fact that he is SO GOOD AT DUNKING A BASKETBALL. He very much earned his Dunk Contest win in 2015, and is a great in game dunker as well. It was nice to see him transition himself to an all around basketball player over the past year, but his recently torn ACL sucks hard. Hope he gets well soon. (Source: Twitter)

New England Patriots White House
The Hick from French Lick declined to go to the White House in 1984 after his Celtics won the NBA title. He said, "If the President wants to see me, he knows where to find me." Power moves only from Larry Legend. (Source: Twitter)
Albert Pujols & Tony La Russa
Neither the player or coach gave a reason for not going to the White House in 2012 with the Cardinals. Pujols also didn't go with the team after they won the World Series in 2006. Again, not a big deal to me at all, but he's a big name athlete, so I had to include him on the list. (Source: Twitter)
J-Rich is my all time favorite dunker. I remember my friend and I watching his back to back dunk contest wins and we were literally screaming at the top of our lungs with some of the dunks he was doing. I love you Jason Richardson, you kind of suck at basketball now and can't really throw down anymore, but you were awesome in the Dunk Contest, and I'll forever remember you fondly for that. If it wasn't for my man Jason Richardson, Desmond Mason would be a 2x Dunk Contest winner. While he may not have been a great basketball player, I'll take Mason to go toe-to-toe with anyone with it comes to the dunking aspect, he was flat out gross. (Source: Twitter)
So plenty of well-renowned names didn’t make the final cut and that only serves as a testament to Australia’s role as of one leading lights in world rugby.
Current players David Pocock and Matt Giteau might have something to say about their absence, but you can’t argue against the players who take their place.
