It may just be a marketing ploy, but a recent video has popped up with New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady describing the latest innovation from Under Armour. One of the newest products from the athletic apparel company is known as Athlete Recovery Sleepwear.
Under Armor claims that the new line of apparel was basically created to help athletes’ bodies heal even when they are not awake. Seems like a cool idea, but is it actually legit?
Supposedly there is a special print inside the apparel that is meant to absorb heat from the body and convert it into Far Infared energy. This type of energy has been proven to have positive effects on the human body’s recovery process.

With this specific apparel line, Under Armour says that the technology within the clothing will help athletes recover faster, sleep better, reduce inflammation, and regulate cell metabolism.
Sleep has been known to help in recovery for years, but this product takes it to a whole other level.
“Without the sleepwear, I don’t really feel like I would be able to achieve the things that I have done and hope to continue to do.”

It certainly does not hurt that the company has Brady being the one to promote the product. The quarterback is arguably one of the most popular players in the NFL right now and even remains in the spotlight when he is off the field as well.
Brady has admitted in the past that he would like to continue playing football until 2025. With innovations like Under Armor’s latest recovery pajamas, his goal could actually end up being achieved.
The other teams that play in the AFC East division with the Patriots are just rolling their eyes at the thought of Brady torching them on the field for another decade.
