You know what’s missing from Jack Nicklaus’s illustrious career? Ice cream.
The Schwan Food Company in Minnesota is teaming up with the 18-time major champion to create Jack Nicklaus premium ice cream. It will be sold by the pint (at $1.99) and available in grocery stores in select markets. The announcement came on Tuesday via his website.
“It’s no secret that I love ice cream,” Nicklaus said. “Needless to say, I have never had so much fun in the research and development of a product. The team at Schwan has a world-class product development center. Together, we have created a variety of flavors—all with real ingredients—for a quality, premium ice cream at a value price.”

The ice cream will come in one of these seven flavors: Homemade Vanilla, Coffee and Donuts, Triple Chocolate, Strawberry Lemonade, Salted Caramel Toffee, Peanut Butter Swirl and Warm Spiced Butter Pecan.
Schwan is donating to the Nicklaus Children’s Health Care Foundation. Once the ice cream launch is over, Schwan says it will donate a percentage of the proceeds to the foundation and another children’s health care charity.
The only question remaining is…will Jack’s ice cream ever be able to one up this?
