Miguel Angel Jimenez has always been more of a lover than a fighter. That’s why his brouhaha two weeks ago with Keegan Bradley was so outside the norm.
On Friday, the ‘Most Interesting Man in Golf’ was back to his fun-loving ways. During the second round of the Spanish Open, the suave 50-year-old recorded his ninth hole-in-one of all-time on the European Tour.
That’s not all. As if the bragging rights that come with making an ace in competition weren’t enough, Jimenez will take home 288 bottles of Mahou beer, the prize for an ace on the par-3 eighth. The 9 aces ties Jimenez with Colin Montgomerie for the most aces ever on the European Tour.
Jimenez has a knack for winning crazy alcoholic prizes. In 2013, he won 100 bottles of SEXY wine after holing another ace at the Portugal Masters.
Check out the ace for yourself, and then watch Jimenez celebrate the way only he can – with a dance.
