Tiger Woods hasn’t had a lot to smile about lately. It’s been a season to forget for the 14-time major winner, including a most recent missed cut at the 115th U.S. Open.
But there is reason for hope, and it has nothing to do with his play on the course, but rather his work in building them.
Though Tiger’s already opened golf courses in Mexico and has other worldwide projects in the works, it’s his U.S. course design, Bluejack National, that has Woods really pumped up. In the video below, Tiger gives a quick tour of the $100 million facility, located just outside of Houston, Texas. Tiger’s design update showcases the progress of Bluejack’s par-72 golf course and the “The Playgrounds,” a nine-hole short course.
Bluejack National, the first Tiger Woods designed golf course to open in the United States, is on schedule to debut this November.
