Brutal winds at British Open make it hard to pour “a f***ing glass of water”



The 2015 British Open experience has been so brutally affected by wind, even the most gentlemen of spectators have been throwing f-bombs around St. Andrews.

The 40mph+ winds have made even the simplest of tasks such as pouring water into a cup impossible. As for holing 4 foot putts – forget about it.

“I can’t even pour a f***ing glass of water. It’s not fun out here. For players and fans, it’s hell,” remarked one young lad who had driven up to Scotland for the week from London.

The second round of The British Open resumes Saturday, which will push the third round to Sunday and the final round to Monday. The 2015 British Open will be only the second time in history in which a Monday finish will be required.
