The PGA of America announced on Wednesday that Oak Hill Country Club will serve as host to the 2023 PGA Championship.
PGA America president Derek Sprague said:
“The PGA of America is proud to return to one of golf’s grand stages, Oak Hill’s East Course, which has tested the game’s greatest champions for nearly 70 years,”
An obvious, but a great choice. A classic course with a history to match.
The Pittsford, New York course last held a major tournament in 2013, where Jason Dufner captured the Wanamaker Trophy. This will be the fourth time Oak Hill will be home to the PGA Championship, to go along with three U.S. Opens, two U.S. Amateurs and a Ryder Cup.
