John Peterson decided to spank a Happy Gilmore as he went into the final round of the CIMB Classic.
The 26-year-old American was feeling pretty frustrated after a tough week in Malaysia. Peterson was in last position going into Sunday and decided something needed to happen. He casually strolled up to his tee shot and crushed it, much to the confusion of the Malaysian spectators who had no appreciation for this legendary bit of golf.
You could say the 312th best player in the world finds plenty of time for banter. This post was made after his disastrous first day and fair play to the man for having a sense of humour even after travelling halfway across the world.
