- The final round of Torrey Pines was suspended until Monday.
- Brandt Snedeker has the clubhouse lead at 6 under par.
Many described Snedeker’s 69 as the best round of golf they have ever seen. Sned sits in the clubhouse as the majority of players were told to come back on Monday to complete their final round. In the context of Sunday Brandt may as well have broken 60 – the average score was 78 – but the player didn’t lose his sense of humour.
Weather looks perfect to me outside!!

That score by @BrandtSnedeker is probably one of the best scores I’ve seen.

If you were watching events unfold you would have shared in the hopelessness many of the players felt as they tried to navigate the course. Here is one of the most impressive putts I have ever seen! You know it’s good when a fellow professional completes a lap of honour on your behalf.
Brandt carded just one bogey, a phenomenal achievement as this clip of Billy Horschel will testify; it’s not often you see a pro try and hit a 5-iron 134 yards and still finish short.
How brutal is it at Torrey Pines right now?

Of the 72 players who teed up, Brandt was the only guy to shoot under par. The round will be remembered by those who were unlucky enough to complete their 18 holes on Sunday. Crazy to think he managed it all during this…
The rain has passed, but play at Torrey Pines remains suspended because of extremely high winds. pic.twitter.com/9s9QhkMTHx

Here’s a highlight from his round, it would appear even the guys taking footage decided to pack up their shit and get out of there!
On a day where nearly the entire field is over par, Brandt Snedeker is 3 under. He keeps doing this. #QuickHits https://t.co/VzuAIWrBt1

Here’s how they look going into the final (half) day.
