Ha Na Jang Aces A Par-4 For The First Time In LPGA Tour History

Ha Na Jang cemented herself in the LPGA record book on Saturday when she recorded what is believed to be the first hole in one on a par-4 in LPGA history.

Jang holed out on No. 8 at the Oceans Club course. The hole typically plays 310 yards and into the wind, making it reachable by only the longest drivers or when the conditions are mild. The hole was shortened slightly on Saturday to 218 yards, making it much more accessible off the tee. Even at the shorter distance, it’s not easy to hole anything from that far away but Jang pulled it off with ease.
