Rickie Fowler made a running start at the Honda Classic this week, only to crack under pressure the last two days. He ended up tied for 6th place alongside Vijay Singh.

Bogey free to birdie free…that’s how much of a fine line it is out here…new day tomorrow and still in it!

Losing some ground is hard enough without a highly watched Sports Broadcasting station televise your name wrong. That’s exactly what happened to Rickie Fowler this weekend. I’m sure ESPN is not the first to spell Rickie like Ricky, but come on. Is it that hard to look up the correct spelling of a professional golfers name? Clearly golf is not ESPN’s priority if they can spell football player names correctly and not Rickie’s.
Although this is a spoof, they kind of bang the nail on the head.. over and over again.
Anyways, Rickie reached out to them personally by tweeting directly at ESPN. He was not amused:
Come on @espn at least spell it right ???? haha pic.twitter.com/uchGg3U6Mc
