If Harry Kane was in fact called ‘Kanediniho’ he’d be linked with Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Barcelona for a world-record fee. However, the fact he sounds like the generic ‘Joe Bloggs’ name you make up means the striker isn’t respected as highly as he should be.
There really hasn’t been an English striker capable of scoring the goal he scored at Anfield on Saturday for years. And one capable of banging in such worldie finishes on a regular basis.
The goal that earned the Lilywhites a point was quite similar to the one Kane scored against Germany whilst away with the Three Lions.
That Cruyff turn for Kane goal for England. Pretty good for a one season wonder https://t.co/Cd7NPgPPua

Following the full-time whistle at Anfield, a whistle that pretty much signalled the end of Spurs’ title challenge, Klopp dashed over to Kane – in yet another contrived move from the German to play up to his: ‘Oh everyone loves me’ reputation – and whispered something to the Premier League’s leading scorer.
Kane has now revealed what the three little words were. But what do you think the former Borussia Dortmund gaffer said?
As much as we wish Klopp was a huge Alan Partridge fan…
…the Liverpool gaffer commended Kane on a fine finish with: “What a strike!”
