Adam Scott has had a stellar start to this season, even with the change from a long putter to a standard one. He was runner up at Riviera, and then went on to win the Honda Classic and the Cadillac Champ right after.
He’s already earned just over 3.3 million dollars and it doesn’t look like he’s planning to stop any time soon. At least not if he can help it.
Can he pull off the hat trick this week at the Arnold Palmer Invitational?
There are a lot of players out in the field that have the potential to deny Adam Scott this feat. Matt Every hasn’t won a tournament since he won the Invitational last year and he’s looking to win this year as well. Rory McIlroy, World No. 2, is playing to prep himself for the Masters which would give him the grand slam. Jason Day, Justin Rose, and Henrik Stenson are are all there fighting for that top spot.
Looks like Henrik Stenson is giving him a run for his money, because they’re tied for first on the opening day.
