It’s important to always remember the following:
“Amongst all unimportant subjects, football is by far the most important.”
Pope John Paul II
We are all guilty of taking football too seriously, and letting something that is ultimately pointless, have such a great impact upon our mood. Therefore, it is great when those rare moments arise during the beautiful game that help ease the tension and unite both sets of fans.
Step forward our newest favourite person at Euro 2016, this Welsh fan:
I love the crying Welsh fan sfm https://t.co/P4390nCkzK

With the Wales nerves at an all-time high as England camped outside their box for the second-half, and English frustrations growing with every failed attack, it was the actions of this lone Welshman that gave us the moment of the match and eased growing anxiety levels for both sets of fans.
At the time, Wales were holding the Three Lions to a 1-1 draw, and Roy Hodgson’s side didn’t look like they’d be breaking through anytime soon. So, why an earth was he crying???!
The most magical part of the whole shenanigan, is when the crying fan realises he’s been caught on national television, he tries to act like he’s having the time of his life.
Watch it a thousand times over. It only gets funnier?!
