Schweinsteiger blasts Mourinho on Twitter over news about brother

As the revolving door continues to spin of imports and exports at Man United, it looks as if the recently retired Bastian Schweinsteiger’s number is up.

Schweinsteiger has been training with both the U21s and U23ss at the Carrington Training ground, which has brought about speculation that he is not in Jose’s future plans. This has led to his older brother, Tobi (avid United fan, himself), to take to Twitter to comment on the recent treatment of his younger brother in Manchester.

No respect may be the case, but at the same time did the aging midfielder warrant his £200,000 a week whilst spending more time in rehab? Gazza’s place charges less.

Tobi’s frustration may be more aimed at the fact that he may miss out on more days in Manchester, watching the Red’s draw 0-0 with the noisy neighbours.

Nevertheless, the midfielder’s future seems in serious doubt, despite a relatively active Euro campaign. Perhaps a trip across the pond to MLS may be good for the latter stages of his career – that seems to be the mainstream thing to do amongst the legends these days.
