Giggs, a top, top player but a shocking assistant manager. We don’t care how much Memphis Depay raved about Giggsy developing the Dutchman as a player, we’re still waiting for the results.
So, let’s ignore Andy Tait’s cries, and not ‘give it Giggsy till end of season’, regardless of how Vladimir Putinho is doing.
Anywho, even with Giggsy’s flop in the dugout, the Welshman has somehow managed to land himself a punditry role; giving the flying winger a chance to spout as much nonsense in the media as other ex pros – looking at you, Paul Scholes.
This time around, the No. 11 has stated his greatest ever United XI, and sorry King Eric, you and your flying kick are going to have to stay at Selhurst Park.
GK) Peter Schmeichel
Tight, tight call between the Dane and David de Gea. With Schmeichel's heroics in '99 though, its got to go to the big man. Image Source: Twitter
RB) Gary Neville
With Neville's post-career in management and punditry, it's often forgot how great of a right-back the Englishman was. But, as Carra would say, 'just a failed winger and centre-back' ?. Image Source: Twitter
CB) Rio Ferdinand
Rio, Rio, Rio. United legend, somehow managing to earn his bread in punditry. Image Source: Twitter
CB) Jaap Stam
Sir Alex Ferguson's greatest mistake letting the Dutchman go. Image Source: Twitter
LB) Dennis Irwin
Ouch, should have been given to King of Banter himself, Patrice Evra. Irwin, solid player, but Patrice was absolutely quality both in the dressing room and on the field. Image Source: Twitter
RM) David Beckham
'Did you see that goal on MOTD?! Becks has scored from the bloody halfway line!!!!'. Image Source: Twitter
CM) Paul Scholes
With all these bloody ex-pros having a song and dance over Scholesy, you'd think it would give the Englishman something to smile about. Nope. Still grumpy as ever. Image Source: Twitter
CM) Roy Keane
Errrrr, not sure on this one. Terrifying, yeah, one of the greatest rivalries with Patrick Vieira, yeah, but as a CM, think United have had better. Image Source: Twitter
LM) Ryan Giggs
Course the Welshman has to include himself. Image Source: Twitter
ST) Cristiano Ronaldo
United's greatest ever player. Image Source: Twitter
ST) Wayne Rooney
Sorry King Eric and Ruud van Nistelrooy, Wazza Roo takes the final spot. And that's absolutely fair enough, if anyone questions the United skipper as a legend, have a look at the guy's record, have a look at the trophies, have a look at what he's brought to the club. Get over yourselves, and 'remember the name'... Image Source: Twitter

That does not look like a bad team at all. There’s no way United will be reaching those highs in the foreseeable future, with the likes of ‘Mike’ Smalling and Phil Jones; United look set to do a ‘Liverpool’ for the next twenty odd years.
How does Gary Neville’s current United XI compare to Giggsy’s all time XI…
GK) David de Gea
For a minute, we thought poor old Sergio Romero would get a game. Image Source: Twitter
RB) Antonio Valencia
Been up-and-down at United like a bride's nightie. Image Source: Twitter
CB) Chris Smalling
Funny ol' game football; Smalling was the bees knees under van Gaal, but somewhat forgotten under Mourinho. Image Source: Twitter
CB) Eric Bailly
By far the Red Devils best centre-half. Image Source: Twitter
LB) Daley Blind
Ay?! It's official, G Nev hates Luke Shaw more than Jose Mourinho. Image Source: Twitter
CM) Paul Pogba
#Poglost. Image Source: Twitter
CM) Michael Carrick
Most underrated player at Man United. But does have a cardiovascular system on a par with Mark Lawrenson. Image Source: Twitter
CM) Ander Herrera
Gives his best pal, Juan Mata, a good reason to keep his blog positive. Image Source: Twitter
RW) Henrik Mkhitariyan
Not sure who's bullied more by Mourinho; Mkhi or Schweni?

ST) Marcus Rashford
The future face of United, the future face of England. And looks less stressed and bothered about it than me taking my GCSEs. Image Source: Twitter
LW) Anthony Martial
Doing his best, Nicolas Anelka, "Le Sulk", impression. Let's hope the Frenchman comes good, just about kept LvG in a job last season. Image Source: Twitter
