Boxing Day is a wonderful time full of leftover food, leftover alcohol and a shitload of football to watch on the box. Over the years there have been some bloody lovely moments on this day, and these are the best of the bunch.
It can’t be said enough just how good watching football the day after Christmas is. It may seem a tad pathetic or weird to some, but if that’s the case then I question why you’re even reading this page. Go away.

During Roman Abramovich's first year at the helm of Chelsea Football Club - the man who looks like he was a mob boss in a former life - did not have a happy Christmas holiday as Charlton ran out 4-2 victors over the Blues.
