“I wasn’t having a good time on the golf course.”
Jason Day opened up to David Feherty, explaining how he wanted to quit golf before the 2011 Masters. It’s hard to believe that Day wanted to quit golf at a time, when he’s currently the World No. 1 golfer, winning 6 out of 13 tournaments played.
In 2o11, Jason Day was convinced to enter the Masters by his team because he was having a tough time on the course. He didn’t want to play at Augusta and was thinking about quitting the game. Day is probably very thankful for his team because he ended up coming in second place and having a blast.
The rest is history!
