NASCAR’s Aric Almirola and team RPM to cycle for 24 Hours of Booty

Aric Almirola was searching for a way to give back to the community, and inspire other employees of Richard Petty Motorsports to do the same. He found the answer in the 24 Hours of Booty.

The annual non-competitive charity cycling event for all ages and cycling abilities takes place in the Myers Park neighborhood on Charlotte’s famed “Booty Loop.” Each participant from RPM will be raising funds for beneficiaries including Livestrong, Levince Children’s Hospital, and the Carolina Panther’s Keep Pounding Foundation.

Almirola kicked off the Team RPM fundraising efforts by hosting a 24 Hours of Booty preview ride on May 26th where he put in a few laps with 24 Hours of Booty Founder, Spencer Lueders. “We’re excited that Aric and Team RPM will be joining us for the 15th annual event” which raises over $1.5M for its beneficiaries.
