Bubba hit his ball onto the rail tracks for the second successive day as he struggled on the 11th – the highest scoring hole on the course. This came after a fortuitous break on the 4th, proving that the golf gods giveth and taketh in equal measure.

The golf course will be playing easier today – which is nice considering the difficulty later groups faced yesterday. Twitter is full to the brim with clips of hogh quality players being made to look foolish by the hazards. Jordan Spieth summed things up perfectly after a tough round:
“You wish your score didn’t matter … that it was just a round with your buddies where you go into the clubhouse and have one or seven pints afterwards.”
We hear you Jordan!
