Joel Bushby runs a successful Instagram page that supports his personal training business. Is it wrong to say your average gym rat dosen’ have much between the ears? You only need to take one look at his Dad’s swing to know that if you stand in front of him, “you’re gonna have a bad time”.

His response to his old man’s shank gets better the more you see it…his “Furk” quickly echoed by “Jesus Christ” is priceless. I doubt Joel will be doing this again, who said anything about meathead?

Doesn’t matter who you are or what your days looks like, you can always make it happen if you want it bad enough. You WILL find the time to make your dreams come true, writing down your day to day structure will help you to do this. You don’t want to just set goals for the body that you are looking for. You want to set goals for the person you want to be and how people know you & remember you by. TNT
