Is there a better way to celebrate the return of golf to the Olympics than with pro inspired drinks?
We took the American golfers participating in the games and created personal and fun drinks to represent them.
Rickie Fowler
THE BULL
-Piña Colada mixer
-Strawberry Daiquiri mixer
-Coconut Rum
-Red Bull
-Blended Ice
This fun and fruity drink is basically a Miami Vice with a Rickie Fowler Twist to it. Adding the Red Bull adds some energy to this relaxed classic. Easy to get the red, white, and blue colors to keep the patriotism high!
Patrick Reed
The ArmaDILLuh
-Bloody Mary Mix
-Pickle Juice
-Vodka
-Pickle and Celery Garnish
Patrick Reed is originally from Texas, which inspired the name for this Bloody Mary. The brunch favorite is great to have during those early morning Olympic tee times. Adding the pickle juice to the mix was surprisingly delicious and was definitely the fan favorite.
Matt Kuchar
THE SNOW KUCH
-Peach Schnapps
-Coconut Rum
-Vodka
-Blue Curacao Liqueur
-Blended Ice
Who doesn’t love a tasty snow cone on a hot summer day? Who doesn’t love Matt Kuchar is the real question. Enjoy this extremely yummy drink while yelling KUCHHHHH and you’re guaranteed to have a good time.
Bubba Watson
The BUBBAler
-Sprite
-Orange Juice
-Dad’s Orange Cream Soda
-Mint Leaf Garnish
Bubba is that dad that tries to be cool and hip and just ends up looking dumb, which is why we needed to add that Dad’s orange soda. There is no alcohol in this drink to represent Bubba’s religious attributes and boring persona.
John Daly
The John Daly
-Sweet Tea Vodka
-Lemonade
Although John Daly is not in the Olympics, he optimizes the spirit of the American golfer. Plus sweet tea vodka and lemonade is the best and easiest drink to enjoy the Olympics to.
There are definitely other golfers from different countries you can make your own drinks to, but hopefully you enjoy the ones we’ve put together!
Cheers lads and Cheers to the Olympics!
