Steph Curry was supposed to play golf with Tiger Woods today at the Safeway Open pro-am, before Tiger backed out unexpectedly.
Harold Varner III filled those shoes, and ended up beating Curry at his own game. During the pro-am, Curry and Varner were asked to shoot hoops from inside the ropes and it was Curry that missed the shot.
The first to make one from way downtown?

Varner with the long shot!!
Don’t worry, Curry made up for it by getting a birdie on the last hole.
Steph’s got a short game, too.

Steph Curry was a big attraction today at the pro-am, and even though Tiger was a no show, he still made a lot of fans happy.
Teammate Andre Iguodala was there as well, and both of these guys have some stellar swings.
