Both Rory McIlroy and Jordan Spieth made it on Forbes’ list of the 30 highest paid celebrities under 30, although neither came even close to Taylor Swift’s bank account.
Rory McIlroy made it to No. 14 on the list with $42.5 mil as his earnings. Jordan Spieth is four spots higher, sitting at No. 10 with $53 mil in earnings. Swift is all the way in spot No. 1 with $170 mil in earnings, which makes sense since her 1989 Tour alone grossed over $200 mil.
It’s not only their amazing skills as golfers that got them on to this list, but the endorsements that follow. Rory has a pretty sweet contract with Nike and Jordan gets most of his bank from deals with Under Armour, Coca-cola and Titleist. Not to mention appearance fees.
Spieth, 23, is nearly the youngest on the list too, getting beat out by only one person. Justin Bieber at the age of 22, is No. 6 with $56 million.
Both golfers have plans to come back strong this season, so it would be no surprise if we saw them on the list next year as well. Golfers FTW.
