Earlier this year, Nike Golf called it quits for club-making. The company’s focus now rests in apparel and judging from these kicks they mean serious business. Jordan unveiled a golf shoe that is flat out gorgeous.
Looks like Rickie Fowler has new competition for hottest shoes on the links. The new release takes the Chicago Air Jordan 1’s and makes them suitable for golf. Jordan also plans to release a white/gray color way late in 2017. The shoes slightly differ from the normal Retro 1s with Nike’s wings logo and a larger jump man, not to mention the new outsoles.
Birmingham City
The other half of the Second City Derby haven't had as much luck when it comes to success.
Birmingham City hold the accolade of being the first ever champions of the Football League's Second Division. However, their greatest period came back in the 1950s and 60s when they finished 6th in the First Division, which is their highest finish to this day.
They reached the 1956 FA Cup Final aswell as a few smaller competitions, with a League Cup triumph to their name in 1963 when they beat Villa in the final.
That feat was replicated by the 2011 squad, which was followed by a brief but enjoyable period in the Europa League.
Despite not being able to compete with their greatest rivals in terms of stature, they've certainly had their day in the sun on more than one occasion.

Earlier this year, Marcus Jordan, son of Micheal, leaked pics of these. However, this is the first confirmation from the company so there is no turning back now. As a sneaker fan myself, this equals a dream come true. Seriously though, these are the hottest shoes since Benny “The Jet” Rodriguez slipped on a pair of PF Flyers in the sandlot. No news on when they’ll be released.

Jordan has been a leader in the shoe industry since he started and now he’s taking his sneaks from the court to the course. Combining two of his passions seems like the right move.
